1. About SepticQuick
SepticQuick is a marketplace that connects homeowners with independently licensed septic tank pumping professionals. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform septic services directly. All work is performed by third-party service providers.
2. Booking & Deposit
To confirm an appointment, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers scheduling coordination and is applied toward your total service cost.
- The remaining balance is paid directly to the technician on the day of service.
- Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment.
3. Pricing
All prices shown on SepticQuick are estimates based on tank size, access type, and location. Final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions. Any changes to the estimate will be communicated by the technician before work begins.
4. Service Providers
All service providers listed on SepticQuick are independently licensed and insured professionals. SepticQuick performs basic vetting but does not guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of any service. Any disputes regarding the service itself should be resolved directly with the provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
SepticQuick is not liable for damages arising from services performed by third-party providers, scheduling delays, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of this platform.
6. Privacy
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
